When you mention @revisitthis in an Instagram comment, the bot processes the comment id, the post id, the text of your comment, the language and any time zone or city it reads in it, the due date it computes, the status of the reminder and the ids of its own replies.

The only purpose is to deliver the reminder you asked for, in the same comment thread.
