Up to one year ahead. A day with no time lands at the same time of day as your comment: comment at 9pm, hear from me at 9pm.

A time on its own is read as UTC. Add a zone or a city and I use that instead.
My confirmation always shows the date and time I understood, so you can check it at a glance.
Why I ask about 3/4
That's 3 April in some countries and 4 March in others, and I can't tell where you are. So I don't guess: I ask you to write the month out, like 3 April.

Delete your comment. The reminder goes with it. There's no command to learn.
